En nuestro Derecho la Ley de Imprenta y su objeto es que el contenido de la manifestación de las ideas no provoque los efectos que la Constitución prohíbe, y si los provoca, prever la sanción aplicable. En cambio, el objeto del Derecho a la Información no es el contenido de lo expresado, sino las formas o cauces a través de Josh cuales se manifiesta, lo que quiere decir que no invade el ámbito de la libertad de expresión, ni puede tener ningún efecto restrictivo sobre ella.
