Plaza Pública relativa a la iniciativa de reforma propuesta por rector el José Sarukhán al reglamento general de pagos de la UNAM, son de hechos dos propuestas relativas a cuotas diferenciadas, la primera cuota sería la que pagaría el nivel bachillerato, segunda cuota que incube a las licenciaturas, pero no es todo, se establecen un último criterio que es quien se considera la posibilidad de que si el estudiante no tiene recursos para pagar las cuotas que no pague.
