Plaza Pública relativa al anuncio del periodo extraordinario del Congreso de la Unión, un periodo en donde se pretende reformar varias leyes, entre las más relevantes por el tema que tratan esta la agraria, los legisladores consideran necesario hacer cambios en la Ley de la Reforma Agraria que en 1972 sustituyo al vetusto código agrario que sería un primer paso hacia la modernidad, otra es la de los tribunales agrarios en donde se pretende prolongan y completan la reforma al artículo 27 constitucional, entre otras reformas.
