Plaza Pública sobre el debate en que se encuentra la Universidad Nacional sobre sí se incrementan las cuotas que cobra por sus servicios o se vuelve enteramente gratuita, el punto es que los pagos son tan simbólicos que pronto no habrá moneda para poder cubrirlos pues es más costoso cobrarlos que dejarlos de cobrar, además el tema de las cuotas suscita pretextos para la aparición de posturas ideológicas lo que dificulta su discusión al margen de banderas políticas.
